My stay at the Grand Dorsett Labuan was truly impressive! The hotel is centrally located, which made exploring Labuan convenient. The staff was phenomenal, especially Azureen, Fazri, and Jeff. They always made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. However, the restaurant could have a wider variety of dining options, and my room did not have the best view. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would recommend to others!
